Terms of Use

By downloading or using the Team Timer apps — XC Team Timer, Track Team Timer, or Swim Team Timer — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

Use of the Apps

The Team Timer apps are licensed to you for personal and organizational use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the apps.

Subscriptions

A subscription is required to access full app functionality. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

All purchases are final. We cannot issue refunds for charges to your Apple ID. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple.

Your Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We are not liable for any loss of data due to device failure, iCloud sync issues, or any other cause.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cade Cobb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the apps or any feature at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the apps constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
