Privacy Policy

This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Team Timer apps for iPhone — XC Team Timer, Track Team Timer, and Swim Team Timer — and any other devices and platforms.

Information We Collect

The Team Timer apps do not require an account or login. All athlete data, race records, and timing information you enter is stored on your device and synced to your iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. This data is tied to your Apple ID and is never accessible to us.

We may collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics and crash reports to improve the apps. No personal data is included in these reports.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to provide the apps' functionality — storing and syncing your timing records across your devices.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We do not share your personal information with outside parties except as required to operate the apps (Apple CloudKit sync) or as required by law.

iCloud

Your data is stored in Apple's iCloud service (CloudKit) and syncs across all devices signed into your Apple ID. Apple's privacy policy governs iCloud data handling.

Data Deletion

Because all data is stored in your own iCloud account, deletion is entirely in your control. Each app includes Settings → Delete All Data, which permanently erases everything the app stores. Deleting the app and removing its iCloud data from your device settings removes all remaining data.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Security

Your data is protected by Apple's iCloud security and your device's own security features. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Children's Privacy

These apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
